Arttitude is a global youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to making the healing benefits of art therapy accessible to everyone.
We are striving towards a future where mental wellness is available to all.
Destigmatize Mental Health and Provide Education
We discuss mental health with our participants, diving into what it feels like to have a healthy mind, when to seek help, and how to care for their minds.
We organize intimate and impactful workshops (1:7 instructor-to-participant ratio), focused on personalized attention to each participant. We address the community’s specific mental health struggles — whether it be high-stress levels, low self-esteem, or others through our conversations and art therapy.
Organize Art Therapy Workshops
We donate our Art Therapy First Aid Kits, consisting of watercolor papers, a black marker, a paintbrush, and a watercolor palette. In the front of the kit, we attach the QR code to our art therapy video tutorial, which recipients can watch and follow.

Our Art Therapy
Our signature art style is inspired by Neurographic Art, an art therapy technique developed and proven by Pavel Piskarev in 2014, and Cubism, an art movement characterized by abstract forms which explore the essence of objects beyond their appearance. Working with Professor Pimpanit Condee of Mahidol University, we combined the techniques to suit wide audiences and allow for creative freedom.
Arttitude’s technique has different benefits specific for each age group. For youth, it improves concentration and attention span, for adults, it reduces stress and relieves anxiety, and for seniors, it exercises the brain. From our workshops:
90% of participants felt more confident in their ability to handle challenges
97% of participants indicated that they will adopt our art technique at least once a week.
